Across the years, and across the seasons ~ each event a memory.

Floral styles change over the years, but the color combinations, groupings and impact on a room or event, never does. I spent

my entire career designing flowers for people and events. Years

of making that my art because it was how to be paid for the ideas in my head, and be able to use a medium I loved since childhood, flowers. It left me burned out on the shop politics. I was yearning to expand into areas that had potential for creation on a broader scale, and use my ablility to use all the available tools in the universe, especially ones that were not perishable.  Yet I still dearly love to produce a lovely centerpiece or all the florals for the wedding of family and friends.  It is art after all. Not meant to be a representation of my best work, this set of pics is about memories, good ones rather than prowess.
